The purpose of the study is twofold. First, the aim is to explore and discover in detail how the VORP program operates. Secondly, based on a more theoretical perspective, the purpose is to evaluate the VORP program by discovering whether it is achieving its intended result, and whether certain pitfalls have become apparent.
